How Much Is The Deposit?
The deposit amount is 50% of the total estimated charges.
Is There a Room You Can Get Ready In?
Yes, we have several event spaces that we use as a Bridal Suite or Grooms Room.
Can We Set Up the Day Before?
Due to daily event business, we do not allow set up the day before. However, we do allow you to drop off items such as guest book, favors, signage and/or other small items.
You Would Like a Block of Rooms for Your Guests. How Does That Work?
We offer Courtesy Room Blocks of 10 rooms. The rate is based on the date(s) and subject to availability. The Courtesy Room Block has a 30-day prior to cut-off date. And there is no finical obligation if the rooms do not fill.
When Do Rental Items Need to Be Picked Up?
All rental items need to be picked up the night of the event.
Do You Have To Use Your Preferred Vendors or Can You Use a Vendor Not On The List?
Our preferred vendor list are our favorite local vendors we have worked with and know do an amazing job. You are more than welcome to use a vendor of your choice.
Do We Include Linens?
Yes. We included polyester guest table linens and napkins of a color of your choosing.
What Happens if We Have to Cancel Due to An Act of God or a Hurricane?
In the unfortunate event that your event has to be canceled we will reschedule for a later date based on availability.
Can You Use Real Candles in the Sierra Ballroom?
No, we do not allow you to use real candles in the space. We allow battery operated cancels and votives.
Do We Have An On-Site Coordinator?
We do not have an on-site coordinator. We do recommend a wedding planner or day of coordinator to help make your special day perfection.

Use the rooming list template to provide your guests details. If the rooming list does not contain credit card information, you can send it directly to your Event Manager. If you will include individual credit card numbers for each guest, see your Event Manager for next steps.

Visit this one-stop location for all key information about your wedding event. Manage details before, during, and after your event. Collaborative Diagramming
A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional create customized room diagrams and seating to design the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure room setups match your vision.
HyRes
Hyatt’s proprietary group reservation process with customized links to allow your guests to book online within the group block. It also gives you the ability to view reports through the Hyatt Planner Portal.
